Data privacy policy
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

If you contact us via our inquiry form, the information you provide will be transmitted encrypted to our web-based CRM system from weclapp GmbH (Frauenbergstraße 31 – 33 in 35039 Marburg) based on our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of your browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not wish this, you can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and only allow this in individual cases.
Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Web Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google Analytics uses a specific form of “cookies,” text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of this website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. More information on terms of use and data protection can be found at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html and http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html.
IP Anonymization
We use the “IP anonymization activation” function on this website. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide other services related to website and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the adequacy decision C(2016) 4176 of the European Commission (EU-USA: “Privacy Shield”). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website presence. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized.

Until then, your visit to this website and with this browser will not be recorded. Newsletter
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this, we require your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. To provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information on areas of interest, company headquarters, etc. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration.
You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. Please send your cancellation to the following email address: office@delimax.at. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, the information you provide will be transmitted encrypted to our web-based CRM system from weclapp GmbH (Frauenbergstraße 31 – 33 in 35039 Marburg) based on our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR. Weclapp stores and processes this data on our behalf exclusively on servers in Germany. The company’s privacy policy can be viewed at https://www.weclapp.com/de/datenschutz/.
Double Opt-In and Logging
Registration for our newsletter takes place using a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registration, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary so that no one can register with other people’s email addresses. Newsletter registrations are logged to be able to prove the registration process in accordance with legal requirements. This includes storing the time of registration and confirmation, as well as the IP address. Changes to your data stored with CleverReach are also logged.
Use of the Email Service Provider “CleverReach”
Newsletters are sent via “CleverReach,” a newsletter sending platform from CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG at Mühlenstraße 43, 26180 Rastede, Germany.
The email addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in these notes, are stored on CleverReach’s servers in Germany. CleverReach uses this information to send and evaluate newsletters on our behalf. Furthermore, CleverReach may use this data, according to its own information, to optimize or improve its own services, e.g., for the technical optimization of sending and displaying newsletters or for economic purposes to determine the countries from which recipients come. However, CleverReach does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to contact them directly or to pass them on to third parties.
We rely on the reliability and IT and data security of CleverReach. CleverReach undertakes to comply with EU data protection regulations. Furthermore, we have concluded a “Contract for the Processing of Personal Data (in accordance with GDPR)” with CleverReach. This is a contract in which CleverReach undertakes to protect the data of our users, to process it on our behalf in accordance with its data protection regulations, and in particular not to pass it on to third parties.
Statistical Collection and Analysis
The newsletters contain a so-called “web beacon,” i.e., a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from the CleverReach server when the newsletter is opened. As part of this retrieval, technical information, such as information about the browser and your system, as well as your IP address and the time of retrieval, are collected. This information is used for the technical improvement of services based on technical data or target groups and their reading behavior based on their retrieval locations (which can be determined with the help of the IP address) or access times.
Statistical surveys also include determining whether newsletters are opened, when they are opened, and which links are clicked. For technical reasons, this information can be assigned to individual newsletter recipients. However, it is neither our endeavor nor that of CleverReach to observe individual users. The evaluations serve us much more to recognize the reading habits of our users and to adapt our content to them or to send different content according to the interests of our users.
Online Access and Data Management
There are cases in which we direct newsletter recipients to CleverReach’s websites. For example, our newsletters contain a link that allows newsletter recipients to access the newsletter online (e.g., in case of display problems in the email program). In this context, we point out that cookies are used on CleverReach’s websites and that personal data is processed by CleverReach, its partners, and service providers (e.g., Google Analytics). We have no influence on this data collection. Further information can be found in CleverReach’s Privacy Policy. We also draw your attention to the possibilities of objecting to data collection for advertising purposes on the websites http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ and http://www.youronlinechoices.com/ (for the European area).
Legal Basis General Data Protection Regulation
In accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable from May 25, 2018, we inform you that consent to the sending of email addresses is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a, 7 GDPR as well as § 7 para. 2 no. 3, or para. 3 UWG. The use of the email service provider MailChimp, the performance of statistical surveys and analyses, and the logging of the registration process are based on our legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our interest is directed towards the use of a user-friendly and secure newsletter system that serves both our business interests and meets the expectations of users.
We also point out that you can object to the future processing of your personal data at any time in accordance with the legal provisions of Art. 21 GDPR. The objection can be made in particular against processing for direct marketing purposes.
Duration of Storage of Your Data
The data you provide to us will only be stored by us for as long as is necessary to fulfill the respective purpose for which you have transmitted your data to us, or to comply with legal provisions.
If you have given us your express consent for the use of your personal data for advertising purposes (newsletter registration), we will use your data for these purposes as long as you do not withdraw your consent. The consent you have given can be withdrawn by you at any time with effect for the future be withdrawn.
Limited Disclosure
For DELIMAX, it may be necessary to disclose your personal data to other affiliated companies or to external service providers who act exclusively on our behalf when processing your request. DELIMAX requires all affiliated companies and its external service providers to use your personal data exclusively in accordance with our specifications and in compliance with this privacy policy and the legal requirements for commissioned data processing. Furthermore, we do not pass on personal data to third parties, nor do we sell or rent data without your initiative.
